Hello! Thank you for visiting my blog! My name is Amy, and I live in Maine. I was born and raised here, and have lived in various parts of Maine over the years, settling in the Portland area over 15 years ago. I am a writer, and was first published in 2019 in a local magazine, Cape Elizabeth Living. For a year I worked as the Content Coordinator for the magazine, interviewing and writing feature articles on families, local businesses, and charities. Nothing satisfies me more than taking words, and turning them into something people want to read.

This blog is going to combine my love of writing and my love for the state of Maine. Our way of life is unique, there are so many places to visit that embody the spirit of Maine.
